2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.
• Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided by manufacturers and are believed to be accurate. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of such information.
• Product availability is subject to change. Back-ordered or discontinued items will be communicated to you promptly.

3. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• Payment is processed at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and approved trade account terms.
• Orders are subject to verification. We may request additional information to process your order.
• Trade accounts with net-30 terms are available for qualifying businesses upon credit approval.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Free freight is available on orders over $199 shipped within the contiguous United States.
• Orders are dispatched from our authorised fulfilment network. Lead times vary by product category and are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page.
• Risk of loss and title transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Manufacturer Warranties

All products sold through WeldingProDirect are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. As an authorised dealer network, all manufacturer warranties are honoured in full. Warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer, and our support team will assist you through the process.

7. Rebates & Promotions

• Manufacturer rebates are offered and fulfilled by the respective manufacturers, not by WeldingProDirect.
• Rebate eligibility, amounts, and expiration dates are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.
• We track and display active rebates for your convenience but are not responsible for changes made by manufacturers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CJP Ventures Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Brand names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeldingProDirect and CJP Ventures Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.
